4. Gift Card Exchange Terms

4.1 Eligibility

Gift cards must be valid, unused, and obtained legally. You are responsible for ensuring that any gift cards you submit are legitimate. We reserve the right to reject any card that appears fraudulent or already used.

4.2 Rates and Fees

Exchange rates are subject to market conditions and are provided at the time of transaction. Cardsoon does not charge any platform fees. All rates are final once the transaction is confirmed.

4.3 Payment Processing

Once you complete the sale and provide your bank account details with a withdrawal password, payment is processed to your registered bank account. Processing times may vary but typically occur within 5-10 minutes. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
